Lore Spawner is unfinished software in closed testing, offered free and as it is. These are the terms you accept by signing up, and they are short because there is not much to say yet.
The Lore Spawner Privacy Notice is the other half, and says what is held and why.
1. Who may be here
You need to be 16 or over, and you need an invitation or a place on the waitlist — Lore Spawner is in closed testing and not open to the public. One account per person. The account is yours; do not hand your password to anybody else.
2. What you make stays yours
The worlds, places, characters, events and writing you create here remain yours. You give us permission to store them and show them — to you, and to the people you are building the world with — because that is what running the service means, and nothing beyond it. We do not publish your work, sell it, or train anything on it.
What other people bring to a world you own is theirs in the same way. Owning a universe makes you responsible for it; it does not make you the author of everybody in it.
3. What is not acceptable
- Anything illegal, and anything sexual involving children, real or fictional.
- Harassing, threatening or impersonating a real person, here or through the invitations and notifications the app sends on your behalf.
- Using invitations to send mail people did not ask for, or inviting addresses that are not those of people you actually know.
- Attacking the service: breaking into other people's accounts, probing for holes you have not been invited to probe, scraping, or flooding it with traffic.
- Uploading somebody else's work as your own, or anything you do not have the right to put here.
Connecting an AI assistant is fine and is what the AI pages are for. What it does under your account is your doing, as much as if you had typed it.
4. It is offered as it is
This is alpha software. It will have bugs, it may lose data, and it may be down when you want it. There is no warranty of any kind and no promise of availability. To the extent the law allows, Kaperkunde is not liable for what you lose by relying on it — so export anything you would be sorry to lose, which the app can do for every world you own, at any time.
Lore Spawner is free during the alpha. If that ever changes, nobody is charged without being asked first.
5. Ending it
You can stop at any time: export your worlds and ask us to delete the account. We can close an account that is breaking the rules above, and we will say why. If Lore Spawner itself shuts down, everyone signed up hears about it with enough notice to take their work with them.
6. Changes
These terms will grow before Lore Spawner opens to the public. If anything changes in a way that matters to you, we will tell you rather than quietly editing the page.
7. Getting in touch
Support, questions about these terms, and anything about your data all go to privacy@kaperkun.de. A person reads it, and you hear back.
Dutch law applies, and Lore Spawner is run by Kaperkunde, whose details are at the top of this page and on the privacy notice.
